June is an important month for the students because it is a back to school and a time-honored beginning of the school-year tradition. It starts the school year off right when teachers get to know their pupils. Teachers desire to know the kids, and kids like to be known and understood as bona fide students.

Since the first day of school is scary for most pupils, every teacher in school tries to make their day more relaxing and less stressful with a fun activity.  Teachers are inspired to begin thinking of ways to welcome the children to their classroom. There are teachers begin their lesson with a theme. The classroom rules are posted in big letters at the front and follow the acronym. Example of it is the word “RACE” which means R-Respect A-Attitude C-Cooperate
E-Excellence

Furthermore, some teachers start their lesson by orienting the pupils with their obligations, providing some rules and regulations that should be followed while some teachers give each pupil one white piece of paper and tell pupils to draw their hands — through this, they could assess their pupils about their feelings and the kind of family they have. Other teachers ask their pupils to fill out sheets about what they like and don’t like as well as their hopes and dreams while other teachers ask pupils to introduce their selves by encouraging them to do it in front of their classmates. These are so many strategies the teachers can be done on how to transition from relaxed summer-mind mode to superstar pupil-achievement status.
