Every human being has the right to be educated- that were the teacher comes in. As a teacher it is my responsibility to achieve this basic right of an individual. In transferring knowledge to my students I see to it that I apply different teaching strategies and techniques appropriate to their needs, interests, and capabilities. In some cases, I even allowed my students to perform task/ activities by themselves with my close supervision that will make them learn and discover and enjoy the ABC of Physics.

But this keeps on changing lectures, discussions, board work are not enough to sustain the interest of students. Their attentions were diverted into modern gadgets, technologies, boy-girl relationships, socials etc… resulting to lack of focus in their studies. So as a teacher I have to be flexible and sensitive to the needs, interests of my students so I used these modern gadgets as a teaching aid/ tools to transfer learning to my students in preparation to their college education.

I also realized that it is not enough to be firm in dealing with students at risk but also  I need to have a big heart to understand why students have difficulty in learning process and misbehave towards their teachers, classmates and parents.

In my home visitation I learned that family relationships, kind of friends , physical environment, and poverty play a great role in their performance in school.

Hence, I would say that a TEACHER should listen to their voices, sensitive to their actions and LOVE them because in doing these we help them achieve their STAR in life.
